How to Get the Best Results

A few necessary steps can insure that your patient’s Trulife will provide a comfortable fit and the desired clinical outcome.  A brief consultation prior to fabrication can greatly improve the quality of this centrally fabricated appliance.  Experience tells us that it is often difficult & time consuming for the lab to attempt to contact the prescribing physician during his/her office hours.  To avoid unnecessary delays in production, we ask that YOU call Earthwalk toll free, to arrange a consultation with a Trulife orthotist 2-3 days after you have shipped the casts to Earthwalk. 

ALWAYS SHIP YOUR CASTS DIRECTLY TO EARTHWALK, NOT TO TRULIFE!

• Make sure the patient has been pre-certified by their insurance carrier.
• Confirm that the patient has been casted properly, using the appropriate type of casting materials, and that the cast has been properly marked. (clinical studies are included in this packet)
• Thoroughly complete both sides of the Trulife Order Form.
