An Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) foam. EVA is a wonderful shock absorber that is heat moldable and has excellent shape retention. Because of its versatile uses it is among the most popular of our manufacturing materials Cloud can stand alone as a top cover or can be covered with Magnificent or Ritz. Also used for extensions and bottom covers. Also available in popular Swirl patterns.
A perforated EVA designed to absorb shock and improve breathability.
Provides excellent cushion, comfort and breathability, wicking away moisture and reducing friction. Comparable to Spenco or
Tend Tenderfoam is a closed cell, therapeutic top cover for patients with complications from diabetes and/or rheumatoid arthritis.
Use Tenderfoam as a stabilizing cushion on highly sensitive feet. Tenderfoam has been tested and proven more durable than plastizote.
An ultra-thin, suede cloth with a luxurious nap and elegant appearance.
A luxury marine grade vinyl with a plush, woven cloth backing for superb stabilization.
Earthwalk uses traditional cow hide when requested.
Plastizote/PolyU bilaminate. The layer of Poly is a closed cell material that adds an additional layer of cushion while acting as a shock absorbing, breathable top cover when paired with Plastizote.

ORTHOTIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL
Lightweight, durable and heat adjustable. Polypropylene is an industry standard. Direct milled orthotics are machined from a solid blocker of 1”-1 1/2” polypro allowing for the most patient specific orthotic available.
Delrin is a crystalline plastic which offers an excellent balance of properties that bridge the gap between metals and plastics. Delrin has a compact density and high tensile strength that produce a thin yet supportive orthotic for any patient.
An orthotic “blank” designed to be pressed over a corrected positive. Our CP shell is stronger than polypro, measures 1.5mm at the contact points in the shoe, has excellent flex and recovery.
A Carbon Fiber resin blend makes the Aerolite shell lightweight and extremely durable. Great for athletes who are concerned about weight and durability.
